Judgment Is the Light

“For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God” (1 Peter 4:17). “For the Father judges no man, but has committed all judgment to the Son” (John 5:22). We can see from these Bible verses that when the Lord Jesus comes in the last days He will use words to do the work of judgment beginning with the house of God, and this work of judgment will be done by the Son of man.

Almighty God says: “God does not judge man one by one, and does not test man one by one; to do thus would not be the work of judgment. Is not the corruption of all mankind the same? Is not the substance of man all the same? What is judged is mankind’s corrupt substance, man’s substance corrupted by Satan, and all the sins of man. God does not judge the trifling and insignificant faults of man. The work of judgment is representative, and is not carried out especially for a certain person. Rather, it is work in which a group of people are judged in order to represent the judgment of all of mankind. “

A Rebirth

The Lord Jesus said, “My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me” (John 10:27).
Revelation prophesies, “Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear My voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with Me” (Revelation 3:20).
“He that has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches” (Revelation 2:7).

From the words of God, we can see that in the last days the Lord will speak words to look for His sheep. When we wait for the Lord to return, the main thing for us is to learn to listen to God’s voice. Only those who can hear God’s voice can follow God’s footsteps, just like Peter, John and other disciples who recognized the Lord Jesus as the coming Messiah from His words, and then followed the Lord Jesus firmly and received His salvation.

Embarking on the Path of Belief in God

God says, “No matter what kind of refinement you undergo in your experiences from God’s words, God requires mankind’s faith. This way, what is perfected are people’s faith and aspirations. You cannot touch or see it; it is under these circumstances that your faith is required. People’s faith is required for when something cannot be seen by the naked eye, and your faith is required for when you cannot let go of your own notions. When you are not clear on God’s work, what is required is your faith and that you take a firm stance and stand witness. When Job reached this point, God appeared to him and spoke to him. That is, it is only from within your faith that you will be able to see God, and when you have faith God will perfect you. Without faith, He cannot do this. God will bestow upon you whatever you hope to gain.”

In Times of Trouble, God’s Word Provided Me With Encouragement

In every step of God’s work, Satan would wildly disturb people and distribute all kinds of fallacies to deceive people. Just as when the Lord Jesus worked, those Jewish leaders fabricated many rumors and denied that the Lord Jesus was conceived by the Holy Spirit. They condemned the Lord Jesus for blasphemy, and even said the Lord Jesus drove demons by the prince of the devils. In the end Jewish people blindly listened to the Pharisees and fell for the trickery of Satan. They nailed the Lord Jesus to the cross and lost the eternal salvation. It is now the end of the last days when someone testifies that the Lord has already come to do a new work. Some fabricated fallacies or lies come out of the religious world and the CCP government, so that some people do not dare to investigate God’s work of the last days. Isn’t this to fall for Satan’s scheme? If we blindly believe rumors and do not humbly seek the truth in such a big matter as welcoming the Lord’s coming, we would miss the chance to be saved into the heavenly kingdom and lose the Lord’s salvation. Then aren’t we foolish virgins? Just as the Bible says, “Fools die for want of wisdom” (Proverbs 10:21).

Spending the Prime of Youth in Prison

Chinese Christians have been brutally persecuted by the Chinese Communist government, even to the death, as well as its cruel oppression of Christian families and their tragedies of deaths and broken homes. The true plight of power trumping law in China is ruled by the Chinese Communist Party. The policy of freedom of religion is nothing but a lie, a story. The Chinese Communist government wantonly tramples on the law and has utter disregard for human life. It brutally persecutes Christians and has committed countless evil deeds, bringing grave disaster to Chinese Christians.

From Suffering Is Emitted the Fragrance of Love

God’s word says, “If you only enjoy the grace of God, with a peaceful family life or material blessings, then you have not gained God, and your belief in God has failed. God has already carried out one stage of the work of grace in the flesh, and has already bestowed material blessings upon man—but man cannot be made perfect with grace, love, and mercy alone. In man’s experiences he encounters some of God’s love, and sees the love and mercy of God, yet having experienced for a period of time, he sees that God’s grace and His love and mercy are incapable of making man perfect, and incapable of revealing that which is corrupt within man, nor are they able to rid man of his corrupt disposition, or make perfect his love and faith. God’s work of grace was the work of one period, and man cannot rely on enjoying the grace of God in order to know God.”

Persecution and Suffering Made Me Love God Even More

As is well known, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) seized power through lies and violence, and it relies on lies and violence to maintain its power. The CCP’s rule is nothing but lies, violence, and murder. The CCP propagates atheism, regarding religion as the spiritual opium of the people. Christians preach the gospel and witness for God to carry out God’s will, but the CCP condemns such righteous deeds as abandoning and breaking up their families, and arrests and imprisons Christians on various false charges. In mainland China, Christians from various house churches, particularly from CAG, suffer brutal oppression and persecution for the sake of their religious belief, some of whom were left disabled or died. Many Christians have gone into exile and were rendered homeless with their families scattered. Countless Christian families have been thus broken!

A Youth Without Regret

A Youth Without Regret

By Xiaowen, Chongqing City

‘Love’ refers to an emotion that is pure and without blemish, where you use your heart to love, to feel, and to be thoughtful. In love there are no conditions, no barriers, and no distance. In love there is no suspicion, no deceit, and no cunning. In love there is no distance and nothing impure” (“Pure Love Without Blemish” in Follow the Lamb and Sing New Songs). This hymn of God’s words was once my companion as I lived through an interminable and painful seven years and four months of life in prison. Though the CCP government deprived me of the best years of my youth, I gained from Almighty God the truth that is most precious and most real. Therefore I have no regrets whatsoever!

What Does It Mean to Have Humanity?

The Lord Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life” (John 14:6). “And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free” (John 8:32)

Almighty God says, “Whether the words spoken by God be plain or profound in outward appearance, they are all truths indispensable to man as he enters into life; they are the fount of living waters that enables man to survive in both spirit and flesh. They provide what man needs to stay alive; the principles and creed for conducting his daily life; the path, goal, and direction through which he must pass in order to receive salvation; every truth that he should possess as a created being before God; and every truth about how man obeys and worships God. They are the guarantee that ensures man’s survival, they are man’s daily bread, and they are also the sturdy support that enables man to be strong and stand up. They are rich in the reality of the truth of normal humanity as it is lived out by created mankind, rich in the truth by which mankind breaks free from corruption and eludes Satan’s snares, rich in the tireless teaching, exhortation, encouragement, and solace that the Creator gives to created humanity. They are the beacon that guides and enlightens men to understand all that is positive, the guarantee which ensures that men will live out and come into possession of all that is righteous and good, the criterion by which all people, events, and objects are measured, and also the navigation marker that leads men toward salvation and the path of light.”

The Life Force That Can Never Be Extinguished

More than a million Muslims in Xinjiang have been imprisoned in re-education camps; a large number of churches, mosques, Buddhist temples, Taoist temples and other religious sites have been destroyed, all religious activities of the house churches are banned, numerous numbers of Christians have been arrested and imprisoned and some of them have died or become disable as a result of beatings; even in the Three-Self churches, Christians are requested to hang the portraits of Mao Zedong and Xi Jinping, sing the national anthem and raise the national flag. Among all the persecuted religious groups, The Church of Almighty God (CAG) suffers the harshest persecution. According to incomplete statistics, in just 2018, at least 11,000 CAG Christians were arrested for engaging in church activities, and at least 20 died of persecution.
