“The day awaited by the multitudinous peoples has come at last”—this lyric gives voice to the joy of all nations and peoples who have desperately awaited the arrival of God’s kingdom. How many believers in God have, under the dark influence of Satan, suffered brutal persecution, been rejected by this generation, and been misunderstood by their families, thus living a hard and unbearable life? Now, God’s kingdom has descended on the world and God has returned triumphantly, bringing hope and light to all mankind. Look! God is personally leading all people to enjoy the beautiful life in the new heaven and new earth full of joy and laughter. All people and all things live harmoniously and they all praise God out loud.
Seeing that disasters are unfolding on a larger and larger scale, are you, who sincerely believe in the Lord, anxiously waiting for the Lord to appear? Do you know how to find the appearance of God and welcome the Lord? In fact, the path is very clear. Many people, by practicing the following God’s words, have successfully welcomed the Lord and followed the footsteps of the Lamb. Now read God’s words, and you will find the way and have the opportunity to welcome the Lord. God says, “[S]ince we are searching for the footprints of God, it behooves us to search for God’s will, for the words of God, for His utterances—because wherever there are new words spoken by God, the voice of God is there, and wherever there are the footsteps of God, God’s deeds are there. Wherever there is the expression of God, there God appears, and wherever God appears, there the truth, the way, and the life exist. In seeking God’s footprints, you have ignored the words ‘God is the truth, the way, and the life.’ And so, many people, even when they receive the truth, do not believe that they have found God’s footprints, and still less do they acknowledge the appearance of God. What a grave mistake!”
As a believer in the Lord, what’s your greatest hope? Many people would answer, “We hope to enter the kingdom of heaven and gain eternal life.” The Lord Jesus said, “But whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life” (John 4:14). Based on these words, many people think: As long as we believe in the Lord, we can gain the way to eternal life, and as long as we confess and repent to the Lord according to the Lord’s requirements, make sacrifices and expend for the Lord, and suffer and pay a price to spread the Lord’s gospel, we can enter the kingdom of heaven. But some raise doubts, “Even though we outwardly are capable of some good deeds, it’s also undeniable that we have been bound by sin, and have been living in a condition whereby we sin in the daytime and confess in the evening. The Lord Jesus clearly said, ‘Truly, truly, I say to you, Whoever commits sin is the servant of sin. And the servant stays not in the house for ever: but the son stays ever’ (John 8:34–35).
John 1:9 says, “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” According to this verse, many Christians think, “Though we often sin, as long as we confess our sins to the Lord and work hard for Him, then the Lord will forgive our sins. So, there is no need to worry that we can’t enter the kingdom of heaven.” Is this view in line with the Lord’s will?
The Lord Jesus said, “Not every one that said to me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that does the will of my Father which is in heaven.”（Matthew 7:21）“Because it is written, Be you holy; for I am holy.”（1 Peter 1:16）
