Now, you are to pursue becoming the people of God, and shall begin the entire entry onto the right track. To be the people of God means entering into the Age of Kingdom. Today, you officially begin to enter into the training of the kingdom, and your future lives shall cease to be as slack and sloppy as they were before; living in such a way, it is impossible to attain the standards required by God. If you do not feel any urgency, then this shows that you have no desire to improve yourself, that your pursuit is muddled and confused, and you are incapable of fulfilling God’s will. Entry into the training of the kingdom means beginning the life of the people of God—are you willing to accept such training? Are you willing to feel a sense of urgency? Christian Movie | Chronicles of Religious Persecution in China | “Scars” (English Dubbed)

This morning, I finished watching a documentary about a Chinese Christian being persecuted, and I couldn’t help but shed tears while watching it. Just because of believing in God and attending meetings, Cheng Rui had been monitored of her phone and was arrested secretly. In the interrogation room, Cheng Rui had been tortured repeatedly and suffered great pain. She had been suspended for 12 hours and her two hands couldn’t function. In women’s restroom, Male policemen barged in and took off Cheng Rui’s clothes and humiliated her… In China, the CCP treats believers in Almighty God as important national criminals and even beats them to death for no reason. More than 3 years’ jail time, she was tortured inhumanly by the jail police; she was bullied by other prisoners. She suffered both physically and mentally. In such a difficult and painful environment, how did she relied on God and stood witness to God? Now, I would like to share this movie with you and hope that more people could understand the facts of the CCP persecuting Chinese Christians!

2020 Annual Report on the Chinese Communist Government’s Persecution of The Church of Almighty God Released Today

Today, February 3, 2021, The Church of Almighty God released its 2020 Annual Report on the Chinese Communist Government’s Persecution of The Church of Almighty God, exposing the Chinese Communist Party’s continued assault on religious beliefs under the shadow of COVID-19. In 2020, at least 7,055 Christians from The Church of Almighty God were arrested, 1,098 were sentenced, and 21 were persecuted to death.The report details the CCP’s ongoing wanton destruction of religious venues and crosses throughout the pandemic as well as its release of confidential documents demanding a redoubling of its “stabilization” efforts. Citing a need to ensure ideological integrity and regime security in the midst of the epidemic, it deemed The Church of Almighty God a critical strike target as “a covert threat to national political security,” even taking the opportunity of its pandemic control home visits and inspection posts to track down and arrest CAG Christians.
