Christian Movie | Chronicles of Religious Persecution in China | “Scars” (English Dubbed)

This morning, I finished watching a documentary about a Chinese Christian being persecuted, and I couldn’t help but shed tears while watching it. Just because of believing in God and attending meetings, Cheng Rui had been monitored of her phone and was arrested secretly. In the interrogation room, Cheng Rui had been tortured repeatedly and suffered great pain. She had been suspended for 12 hours and her two hands couldn’t function. In women’s restroom, Male policemen barged in and took off Cheng Rui’s clothes and humiliated her… In China, the CCP treats believers in Almighty God as important national criminals and even beats them to death for no reason. More than 3 years’ jail time, she was tortured inhumanly by the jail police; she was bullied by other prisoners. She suffered both physically and mentally. In such a difficult and painful environment, how did she relied on God and stood witness to God? Now, I would like to share this movie with you and hope that more people could understand the facts of the CCP persecuting Chinese Christians!

God Is My Strength in Life

By Xiaohe, Henan Province

In what feels like the blink of an eye, I have followed Almighty God for 14 years. Throughout these years, I have experienced ups and downs, and the path has often been difficult, but because I have had God’s word, as well as God’s love and mercy to accompany me, I have felt especially fulfilled. In these 14 years, the most memorable experience was my arrest in August of 2003. While I was in custody, I was brutally tortured by the CCP police, and was left nearly disabled. It was Almighty God who watched over me and protected me, and who time and again used His words to guide me, which finally allowed me to overcome being tortured by those demons, stand firm, and testify. During this experience, I felt deeply the extraordinary power of Almighty God’s words and the might of His life force, by which I determined that Almighty God is the one true God who holds sovereignty over all and rules over all things. Even more so, He is my only salvation, the only One I can rely on, and no enemy force can take me away from God or stop me from following His footsteps. Continue reading “God Is My Strength in Life”

From Suffering Is Emitted the Fragrance of Love

God’s word says, “If you only enjoy the grace of God, with a peaceful family life or material blessings, then you have not gained God, and your belief in God has failed. God has already carried out one stage of the work of grace in the flesh, and has already bestowed material blessings upon man—but man cannot be made perfect with grace, love, and mercy alone. In man’s experiences he encounters some of God’s love, and sees the love and mercy of God, yet having experienced for a period of time, he sees that God’s grace and His love and mercy are incapable of making man perfect, and incapable of revealing that which is corrupt within man, nor are they able to rid man of his corrupt disposition, or make perfect his love and faith. God’s work of grace was the work of one period, and man cannot rely on enjoying the grace of God in order to know God.”
